Doing things

I build things

I like neuroscience, boring PE finance, and zero-to-one journeys. When I started, I knew nothing about VC, startups, and tech.Thankfully, and through the help of some pretty great people (like Nick Linck from The Residency), I've had the chance to slowly learn a ton in San Francisco.I feel like I am still catching up to everyone else, but when looking back, it seems like we did indeed do some thingsโ„ข๏ธ

About Me

Things I've done:
- Raised Angel and Institutional Money for Bizzed AI
- Won a $ 15.000 USD Hackathon prize without any coding experience.
- Analysed $ 2 Billion USD of collective enterprise value on Bizzed, sourced $ 200 Million worth of prime acquisition targets from that
- Had/having the time of my life in San Francisco
- Ran the UK crypto community and a fullstack media team, going from nobody to hosting industry legends in 6 months.

Things that I am currently interested in:
- Buying small, boring, cashflowing businesses and upgrading them with AI
- The future of capital formation, now that everything moves onchain. (Can we improve private equity)
- AI-native design. Please, I beg someone on the Gemini team to take my user feedback. I can't believe a company of that size is allowed to ship a UX so uninspired.

Some social proof (because apparently that matters):
- MD of a seven-figure VC fund at 24 (Amsterdam University Student Fund)
- Founding Partner at ADHD Ventures at 25 (Giancarlo De Lio's Angel Investment Vehicle - I'm not involved anymore)
- Studied at Oxford & Amsterdam simultaneously (sleep is overrated)
- Got invited by the House of Lords (UK) to share my insights on blockchain tech & regulation
- Won some shiny awards for my entrepreneurial ventures โœจ( fake traction)
Happy to help and lend my brain to any upcoming founder
